Tennessee-Georgia

Tennessee-Georgia
« on: September 29, 2012, 05:28:01 PM »
With about seven minutes left in the 2nd quarter, Georgia was up 27-10, and it looked like Tennessee had no hope.  I went and told my wife we could go to the Greek Food Festival and that I was going to take a shower first.

I get out of the shower, and Tennessee is scoring a touchdown to go up 30-27.

Holy shitballs.  I have to go to a freaking unAmerican food festival???!!!

With 40 seconds left in the 2nd half, Georgia drives down to get a 50 yard field goal to tie it up.

And I hear my wife, "Hey, I'm going to wear a dress tonight!  Wear something nice!"

I really thought that UGA would win this easily by at least 20+. They still might, but they have self destructed in the last 5 minutes of the half.

Too many Dos XX's last night At a place called Matt's. Great Mexican food and very cold beer and a nice patio. Had a friend come up from Dallas and we hit a few places.

One is open now:

It just hit me that UGA is the #5 team in the country. This game looks like Prowler and Birmingham fighting over the last Twinkie in the box. Jesus.

UGA is letting them hang around.  My thoughts though?  At least UT is good enough to hang around and take advantage of mistakes.  Auburn?  Not so much.

I assure you, we won't look like bammer or aTm against them.  And bammer would beat aTm by 30.
