Haven't seen enough of him. The one guy (#5 on kickoffs) was the guy I enjoyed watching. He went after the ball carrier.

I don't know why he appears to be still in his stance but he's a good player in general. Like JR said, one of the few that seems to know how to play ball. Maybe he jumped a bit before the snap and settled back in his stance and thats when the play took off? Who knows.
