Put the greatest Razorbacks of all time in their prime on the same team, assemble a veritable Who's Who of Hogs, and it still might not have been enough.

I do get tired of being right.

Scarbinsky starts the "greatest team that ever existed" ball rolling.  Every Arkansas All American of all time, all on the field in their prime couldn't hang with this Alabama team.

These motherfuckers would stop Hannibal in his tracks.  The 1972 Dolphins would get steamrolled 94-0 by this awesome team.

God I hope they lose.  The meltdown will be worth the buildup.

You forget, the 72 Dolphins had BombHower, so they'd get at least one stop.

Prowler btw a team that has closely resembled ours, Florida looks light years ahead of us. They smoked a good UT team at home. They have had their struggles and have continued to look better. We do not show improvement, we didn't last year and we haven't this year.

We changed every God Damn thing from last year...why the fuck am I the only one to see that. The transition takes time (longer than I expected). We have a slower Kodi Burns starting for his first year at QB. Seriously, everyone needs to step back and think about everything that has changed from last year, before you make a dumbass out of yourself. Give the coaches some time, give the players some time, it's not as easy of a fix as what we think. PATIENCE IS A FUCKIN VIRTUE (you have greasey bammer dancing around here saying we need a change, think about that for a second).

Don't give up on a team and coaches that're still fighting. And don't turn into the inbred nation and scream for a change at the sign of a little trouble. The team will get better, don't give up on them yet.

Fighting?  So that is what Jake Holland is doing.  Gotcha!

Oh and I've waited four years for a DECENT tackling team.  It shouldn't matter what scheme we run.  How does a team that had the 14th best defense in 2008 look like a dumpster fire the next year. Okay so maybe the defensive scheme changed a lot but that shouldn't lead to piss poor tackling that hasn't gotten better in 4 years. So screw all this scheme talk, I want a defense that can tackle.

What you just don't get is it goes way beyond a scheme change. I don't know if you're incapable of understanding what you're seeing, or you just don't want to. Alot of the problems AU is seeing this year are the same problems from last year. Add to it the fact that Tuberville was fired for less, and wasn't even given a chance to unfuck the situation. Actually, he began to unfuck the situation and was cutoff. I fully believe he could have fixed it.

Not only is it a matter of it being the same problems from last year, it's the same guys that are the problem as well. Changing schemes doesn't make your guys forget how to tackle. It doesn't make them forget to turn their heads around and look for the ball. It doesn't make them forget fundamentals about their positions. You crow and crow about it HAS to be this ugly, but other teams change coordinators too. You don't always see what is going on now at AU. Do you think it wasn't a HUGE change going from Shula ball to Saban's defense? That team lost by no more than 7 points in any game it lost in year one. Year two it was a 12-2 team that played in the SECCG. And the '08 team was young as fuck. Today's Auburn had alot more starpower than Alabama's '07 team. Way more. Read between the lines. Even when you are changing systems, when you are having the problems that we have seen the past two years at AU, it points to something rooted deeper than changing the systems. It's coaching, plain and simple.

You guys fired a proven coach like Tuberville because losing was unacceptable. Losing horribly was very unacceptable. But two years after a BCSNC, and year after year of top 10 recruiting classes, THIS is suddenly acceptable?

Uhhh Can you seriously sell me some of what you are smoking?

You predicted 8-4 or 9-3 at the beginning of the season, where are the 8 wins? Because I see 2 maybe 3 putting us at 4-8. New scheme whatever you want to call it (excuses)is not acceptable in year 4. Hypothetically say we are bad again next year? Then what will you think?

Seriously, you are the only one because you have some serious blinders on to not see there are blatant problems. We aren't getting better, I thought you of all people wouldn't want mediocrity guess I was wrong.

If we're in the same position next year, then yes Coaching change.

Take a look back for a second, tell me how this sounds...

*-Coach Gene Chizik is hired - ”5-19 Boooo, we want a leader not a loser!!! Boooo!!!!” - some dumbass Auburn fan at the airport
*-2009 #19 recruiting class following a 5-7 season and the firing/resigning of Coach Tuberville-*
*-Loaded with upperclassmen and a handful of underclassmen (8-5) - ”The team looked good except against Arkansas late in the 4th Qtr and LSU, they showed heart and fight.” - rational Auburn fans

*-2010 #4 recruiting class (Cam & Dyer class)-*
*-Loaded with upperclassmen and two dynamic underclassmen (Dyer & Lutzenkirchen) (14-0 SEC & BCS National Champions) - ”BOOM MUTHA FUCKA YEAH!!!!” - All Auburn fans ”All In”

*-2011 #7 recruiting class-*
KEY LOSSES DL Coach Tracy Rocker, QB Cam Newton, RB Mario Fannin, WR Darvin Adams, WR Terell Zachery, WR Kodi Burns, LT Lee Ziemba, LG Mike Berry, C Ryan Pugh, RG Byron Isom, DE Antoine Carter, DE Micheal Goggans, NG Zach Clayton, NT Nick Fairley, NT Mike Blanc, LB Josh Bynes, LB Craig Stevens, CB Demond Washington, K Wes Byrum, P Ryan Shoemaker DISMISSED FROM TEAM HB Eric Smith, WR Antonio Goodwin, WR Shaun Kitchens, TE Dakota Mosely, SS Mike McNeil
QUIT TEAM DURING SPRING WR Derek Winters, WR Philip Pierre Louis, TE Robert Cooper, OT Roszell Gayden, OT Andre Harris, LB Jessel Curry

*-Loaded with underclassmen with a handful of upperclassmen (8-5) - ”That's Coach Chizik's only time to have a down year.” - irrational Auburn fans
”Coach Chizik was basically starting fresh and they've overachieved for the third straight season, but I'd like to see a change at DC and CB Coach.” - rational Auburn fans

*-Coach Chizik replaced the DC with Coach Brian Van Gorder, CB Coach with DB Coach Willie Martinez, moved Safety Coach Thigpen to LB Coach & OC with QB Coach/ Pro-style OC Scott Loeffler - ”BOOM!!!”
*-2012 #10 recruiting class-*
*-Team is still somewhat young (underclassman in one key position, QB) (1-2 so far) - ”FIRE EVERYONE, INCLUDING THE PRESIDENT AND AD!!!” - irrational Auburn fans
”The coaches are still learning about what they have and the players are still learning new schemes, they will progressively get better, have a little fucking patience. The players and coaches haven't quit on the fans, the fans shouldn't quit on them.” - rational Auburn fans (the ones with patience to realize that Rome wasn't built in a day and knows that the one ”down year” that Coach Chizik is allowed to have after winning the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP should be pushed back atleast one year, after making all of the changes that he made to the coaching staff).

Also, the Senior leadership on the team this year were part of the #20 recruiting class of 2008 (CB T-Bell) & #19 recruiting class of 2009 (QB Moseley, RB McCalebb, WR Blake, WR Benton, TE Lutzenkirchen, OL Sullen, DE Nosa, DE Ford, LB Evans)
