There are some major social ramifications that will hit this school if this guy is successful in his lawsuit.  But that is not to be debated in this thread.  Move that to the SGA if you like.  ]

Because that is not whay I am posting this story.  This is the X.  We will overlook the social ramifications of the story, and instead mock a gay man for his last name.

Earlier this week, a firestorm erupted when former North Dakota State College of Science football player Jamie Kuntz went public with allegations that he was kicked off the team for being gay. What followed was a back-and-forth of accusations, with Kuntz contending his sexuality was the reason for his dismissal and the school countering that he was caught lying about an incident, in which Kuntz was seen kissing his boyfriend in the press box at an away game.
