I LOVE Smokin Joe.  My first tailgate with them, as I was leaving, I went to give him a hug and say thanks.  He said "Oh, HELL no, baby.  We don't do none of those sidle up one armed church hugs 'round here.  We go FULL FRONTAL."  He grabbed me and gave me the best hugs I have ever gotten before or since.  It was knee weakening. The guy is STRONG.  I would come back to the tailgate just for one of Joe's hugs. That will be the absolute best part of the LSU game, for damn sure. 

AWK and Chizad - will you guys please ask Joe to make his spicy chicken and rice for the LSU game?  That stuff is the bomb.  That will be the second best part of the day.  The game itself will fall somewhere down on the happiness scale between "hemorroids" and "throwing up spoiled orange juice".

Joe made some sort of pork chops one of the times I was down there.. holy shit, hands down one of the best pork chops I've had in my life. Had some sorta blue cheese stuff on it. Easily worth dropping 20 bones in that can.

Sounds I'm in for the tailgating and going as well.. g/f's never been to a game, so we'll see how it goes. Tickets are REALLY cheap on StubHub. 8 hour round trip from Huntsville to Auburn in a day, argh.

Still trying to decide if I want to make that trip at some point this season.
