There's always an offensive minded pinhead that could be brought in to share Caddy's vision and implemented on the field.

I doubt Ol Mac Brown does much play calling these days and there a plenty of successful CEO types that simply manage the gameplan from week to week.

I don't follow Goodman but  did scroll back and notice by the headline from two days ago that he was calling for Caddy to take back the keys to the offense. And I agree, not how this works.
