The NCAA allows member institutions to legalize child rape?
Round and round we go. It's like I was saying before. The NCAA doesn't have anything in the bylaws that cover this. The NCAA has never tried to stick it's nose into a legal matter until now. PSU's president basically had to agree, as he had a proverbial gun to his head. Not saying that PSU didn't get what they deserved at all, but the NCAA opened a can of worms with this. They basically bullied PSU into agreeing with something, and since it never went through the normal investigative process, it can't be appealed. I'm not defending PSU, it just concerns me that the NCAA has now set a precedent for themselves with the way that this was handled.
