207 and counting, myself.  I am now down 34 pounds from December.
Started a new arm circuit routine this week, that has literally kicked my hiney.  Hopefully the cardio aspect of it will help me get to my goal and help the sledge brothers grow too.

Try 3 sets of 21's
get on your knees and curl the straight bar(I start with 30lbs, 40lbs and end with 50lbs)
7 half curls from your thigh to just under your pecks.
7 curls from you pecks to just under your face.
7 full curls from your thigh to just under your face.

3 sets and you won't be able to lift your arms for a week.......your welcome.

I'm going to have to try that one.
What I just started was at the end of my normal bicep routine, kind of circuit/cardio routine at the dumbbell rack.  Starting with the 35lb, doing 10 reps of hammer curls at each weight all the way down to 5lbs, not stopping at all, except to change weights.  Three sets of those, and my arms are screaming, plus I can barely breathe.

Ever heard of "SuperSets"? Pretty close what Jumbo was describing but you take away at least 1/2 the rest period and do at least 5 sets of high reps. Its like cardio and weight lifting combined. I have learned over several years however that the most constructive tool in your workout is to change your routine every 3 weeks. This keeps your muscles in a constant state of confusion.

Don't beat yourself up over it.  I've been going out a lot lately with friends and on teh dating scene. (God I hate it) I've had a hard time too.  But I just follow my plan, and it works out ok over the long haul.  This thread has helped me stick too it too.  Thanks.
