Started a new arm circuit routine this week, that has literally kicked my hiney. Hopefully the cardio aspect of it will help me get to my goal and help the sledge brothers grow too.
Try 3 sets of 21's
get on your knees and curl the straight bar(I start with 30lbs, 40lbs and end with 50lbs)
7 half curls from your thigh to just under your pecks.
7 curls from you pecks to just under your face.
7 full curls from your thigh to just under your face.
3 sets and you won't be able to lift your arms for a week.......your welcome.
