I'm down 116 lbs total since this thread started. 90 since January.
I am at the gym 4-5 days a week. Or at least have been, though was slack a little in July. I only lost 5lbs the month of July, so it's really slowed down, though I ate like a sumbitch most of the month. The workouts I'm doing leave me hungry as hell.
Our 2-a-days start next week, then practice every afternoon from 4-7 after that, and games on Friday nights. I have no idea when I'll fit in a workout during football season.
