Word on Rivals is that this kid has dominated the camps. He got bumped up to a 5* on Rivals.

For those that are keeping up, Auburn now has 2 5* DE's committed...

I'm less worried about losing defensive guys now that the Stache is our defensive coordinator.

I feel the same way. Stache I'm sure can talk up the NFL just as well or better than anyone else.

Rivals now ranks him as a â€5 Starâ€ prospect....Dee Liner got bumped up too. When Auburn lands DT Montravius Adams & LB Reuben Foster to go along with what we already have committed...that's gonna the best Defensive 7 Class that Auburn has ever signed (on paper).

Lawson lined up at defensive end for several 1-on-1s and the best offensive tackles on the field had trouble even getting a hand on him. The Auburn commit then moved inside and showed power against the guards and tackles. After he was done with the linemen 1-on-1s, he played linebacker and did a good job covering the tight ends.

Yeah, Mr. Nkemdiche decided not to show up due to Dee Liner, Carl Lawson & Kenny Bigelow...even though he lived only 20 min. or so down the road from the 5 Star Rivals Challenge. Maybe he thought he didn't need to prove himself, but he did somewhat show that he's afraid of competition.
