WASHINGTON -- Birmingham Mayor William Bell sarcastically welcomed the Republican presidential candidates to Alabama in a brief call with reporters today arranged by the Democratic Party.

Birmingham Mayor William Bell (The Birmingham News/Mark Almond)
"We are excited the Republican circus has entered the great state of Alabama," Bell said.

Bell focused especially on former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, saying he was "trying to be all things to all people."

"They're changing their accents and talking about eating grits, but we're not going to be fooled by that," Bell said. "We've had a long line of carpetbaggers coming in here."

Bell argued a Romney presidency would hurt the economy, limit abortion rights and threaten benefits under Social Security, Medicaid and Medicare.

Bell said a second term from President Barack Obama would help Birmingham with job creation and bringing new industry to the state.

Romney has an appearance set for this afternoon in the Birmingham area. Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich also have visited the state in recent days

Five statements of WISDOM
1. You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity, by legislating the wealth out of prosperity.
2. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving.
3. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else.
4. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it.
5. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is the beginning of the end of any nation.

This idiot mayor is a real piece of work.  I suppose that the forgot about the Democrat circus that tramped through the south in the 2008 presidential season.  I vividly remember both The ONE and Hillary "changing their accents" at separate speaking engagements in Selma.

Who can forget this greatest hit?:

Or this from The ONE?:

My doctor told me I needed to stop masturbating.  I asked him why, and he said, "because I'm trying to examine you."

I've had enough of this bullshit characterization of Rosa Parks as some helpless washerwoman whose "feets wuz tahred from doin' the white man's laundry."

She was a motherfucking COMMUNIST ACTIVIST.   Her "symbolic stand" was planned out by a bunch of commie pinko fags -- white commie pinko fags, truth be told -- in the weeks prior.

This is no secret. It's proudly touted at her own fucking museum in Montgomery.

Her act of defiance wasn't the beginning of a tidal wave of reform intended to bring equality to all, it was the beginning of a counterculture communist/socialist movement that continues to berate whites with the same imagery as it grinds slowly toward the ultimate destruction of American society.
