The guy had one outstanding game for GB and now he is the best thing since sliced bread. If I seem to recall Kevin Kolb did something similar when he was at Philadelphia only it was over a series of games. How has he been working out for Arizona...oh yeah didn't they just make a mega deal to move up to get RGIII.

Heard a lot of speculation this weekend since SF now looks to be a major player in the Manning sweepstakes. Sine Alex Smith hasn't signed his deal, Miami looks to be a good possibility if he goes somewhere else. Who knows. ESPN and Yahoo talking heads.

Really a strange move IMO. I really thought SF made more sense. They have a real running game and are trying to upgrade the WR position. Plus, they have one of the best defenses in the league. Thought they could be an instant contender with Manning.

On the bright side, maybe this effectively ends Teblow mania.

I think it makes sense. Manning takes over a playoff ready team, Elway gets his real QB. Manning wants to be in ownership one day, and gets to learn from a guy like Elway. And yes, Tebow mania is history, at least for the next few years.

Be curious to compare peytons stats in a dome vs outside vs outside in the cold.

My memory may be fuzzy but I don't think he fares well in elements. Denver has elements particularly in the playoffs.

Maybe his thinking was that "This team only got into the playoffs because of the running game and Tebow's freakish ability to make plays with his legs. Imagine what they could do with me!"
