I don't agree with everything the man does. The Philon situation was complete horseshit and embarassing. But come on. Are you seriously going to represent a guy who would be a 5th year senior, who has graduated, and isn't pursuing a career in football as a guy Saban forced out? And as far as the suspensions go, which is it? Is he supposed to let them do whatever they want and never suspend anybody? Just let them run wild so the team is "out of control"? Sabinz and the bammer nation are a match made in heaven. He's an ass, and doesn't care. Bammers love being hated because in their minds it's always because they have a great football team, not because the vast majority of your fan base would be despised by any decent human being who didn't know shit about football. Like I said, I don't agree with everything. That was certainly clear with the Philon thing. And I know a good majority of our fans are just sheep.

But believe it or not, Saban being a dick doesn't apply to every single situation. It could apply to alot of situations, beccause he is a dick. But Tyler Love and Undra Billingsley? Please. Given their situations, I would say it's quite a bit of reaching.

For the two guys that have already graduated (Tyler Love and Undra Billingsley), I don't think that's a consideration. Saban said as much ("Tyler Love and Undra Billingsley both graduated. Both guys have a fifth year, both guys chose not to come back.").

Maybe he's lying through his teeth, I don't know...but two guys who didn't play should come back for a fifth year after they're already done with school? Doesn't seem like a likelihood to me.

Maybe...if that's what they want to do. Most partying football players aren't too interested in taking the GRE, GMAT, or some other requisite standardized test just to get accepted for a graduate degree. And then, if accepted, write a thesis in most instances.

Possible, I guess, but in my mind it's not probable.

No dumbass. I'm telling you that both of them had already graduated. If you've graduated, and you're not going to pursue any grad school shit, you're not going to see the field with the team, are you going to stick around and go through the off season conditioning, spring ball, summer workouts, fall ball, etc for nothing? Especially since all the players hate Saban anyway, right? You're saying it would have been more reasonable for these guys to stick around another year just to party? Personally, I would get out in the world and earn some money with my degree.

Is Saban lying through his little teeth about the situation? Fuck if I know. But to say it is an obvious case of Saban straight up kicking them to the curb is a reach.
