Where did the white RB that we were once in on sign?

I can't remember his name, but very early on we were supposedly in on a white RB from somewhere wout west (Maybe Utah).  Does anyone remember him and where did he end up signing

That's Brandon Wegher.  He's a 4-star All Purpose Back and he signed with Iowa.  Not a big shocker, considering he's from Iowa.  I did like this kid, though.

Iowa State had zero fives and zero four stars and punched out a 2.29 star avg.

It was clearly the four star kid pulling the Iowa Hawkeyes ahead of third in-state rival Iowa State.
