I caught her on Austin City Limits a few weeks ago and got hooked.

Then I researched her some...and felt the hook sink deeper.

Now I'm three albums in and love this girl.

Killer jazz from a Berkley-educated bassist (electric and stand-up).  She segues seamlessly from English to Portugese and back again.

Icing on the cake:  she's smoking hot.

My daughter says you can stick it in a dark place and spin.
