^^^This.  I can't stand it that Saban is such an ass, AND is so successful.  In the end, it's a big part of the reason for his success.  He'll cut anybody's nuts slam off if they can't help him get where he wants to be.   People are simply tools for Saban to climb the ladder.  3 NCs speaks volumes.
