I posted this elsewhere.  If the kid doesn't have an attitude that is cancerous to the team, or isn't a trouble maker, then I don't think they should be processed because they either A: were overrated by recruiting services and coaches, or B: just don't have the drive to put in the work needed to make it at this level.  If that's the case then the coach simply missed something in the recruiting process, and it's ultimately his responsibility.
