I saw something on Rivals on where their "experts think the kids will land". None of them gave AU a chance, even on Avery Young. Of course they usually don't and when Auburn pulls a kid, they say they knew AU had a chance all along.

The thing that makes me think Armistead won't choose Auburn is that he wants to play Bball too does he not? How we gonna sell him on playing Bball at one of the worst hoops programs in the country?

Auburn just built a new arena...we'll rename it The Armstead Coliseum. I feel that Coach Barbee has the Bball program headed in the right direction, and that Auburn will get into the NCAA Tournament within a couple years.

If this is the same Laura with Fox Sports/Scout that I just heard on the new Baribeau/Scarbo show, she talked about him a lot. In fact, she named several 4 and 5 star players that she thinks Auburn is very solid on. Including the Armistead Brothers. Believes there may be a few NSD Auburn surprises. In fact, after listening to her, if we land a quarter, or 3/8ths of the 4 and 5 star players she mentioned and round out the class with solid 3 stars, we'll easily finish in the top five.

If you look on Rivals at the kids with offers from Auburn that are left uncommitted, and their interest in other schools who have near full classes, it won't be such a surprise IMO.

This scout/foxsports chic says the Armistead brothers want to play in the SEC, and probably would like to go to bammer, but bammer is full. Says ND is on the outskirts, and Auburn has a pretty good shot at them.

Plus kids like Jeremy Richardson from last year that are in Comm. College that are still strong with AU.

I don't know what they're telling kids about Loeffler, or what Loeffler is telling croots, but I think they can generate some excitement there despite the doubt in some fan's minds.
