I wasn't aware Lincoln was a walk on, and it doesn't say that here, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alex_Lincoln

but he was drafted by the 49ers in 2001, which means he could have walked on somewhere around 96 or 97 depending on red shirting or not.
