That is what people need to realize. We have recruited well on the D side of the ball the past couple of years. If they pan out, then we will have a stout D and with a stout D you don't need a high powered O.

...and they'll be dumbasses for doing so. Craig Ver Steeg would be a bigtime hire. Before "the masses" voice their displeasure, I wish they would do their homework on the hire...regardless of who is named.

Completely, 100% agree.

But the masses "doing their homework" usually consist of finding a game where his offense failed, and making that his whole career, without any thought given to the circumstances.

Yes. One of Coach Loeffler's first in home visits went to Ricardo Louis. So, if Ricardo doesn't sign with Auburn...he's just a dumbass and we don't want him.
