If you listen to the experts, Auburn is going to get run off the field Saturday.

I happen to think the Tigers have a puncher's chance in this if they can eliminate turnovers and get some plays down the field in the passing game. Best bet is to try and win a bit of a shoot out. I am not impressed with Georgia's numbers as they've come against bad teams. It's just a hunch but I'm picking Auburn to win.

Auburn 26, Georgia 24

Can't see it happening.  Our defense still has off and on days, and our offense is still one dimensional.  Their defense is their strongpoint, and more importantly, I don't see our defense slowing down Murray.

Don't Call Us Okie State - 49
Gone Duck Hunting - 14

Texas Tech either got lucky against Oklahoma or has given up on the rest of the season.  Oklahoma State wins in a quick sprint to the finish line.

Stand For Academics - 35
Or Maybe Not Be Affected by Recruiting Scandal - 31

The classic of the day.  Stanford wins on a late drive to solidify Andrew Luck as the Heisman winner.

We'll win. Two weeks to prepare. All healed up. We come in looking like we are limping, but with Mosely we have a capable QB who can get the ball down field enough to keep the D off of the RBs. If our D can hold the score down, we can do it.

09/03/11 vs. Boise State  Atlanta, Ga. L, 35-21
09/10/11 vs. South Carolina *  Athens, Ga. L, 45-42
09/17/11 vs. Coastal Carolina Athens, Ga. W, 59-0
09/24/11 at Ole Miss *  Oxford, Miss. W, 27-13
10/01/11 vs. Mississippi State *  Athens, Ga. W, 24-10
10/08/11 at Tennessee *  Knoxville, Tenn. W, 20-12
10/15/11 at Vanderbilt *  Nashville, Tenn. W, 33-28
10/29/11 vs. Florida *  Jacksonville, Fla. W, 24-20
11/05/11 vs. New Mexico State  Athens, Ga. W, 63-16

So, the question becomes, who besides Coastal Carolina and New Mexico State has Georgia run off the field?  They have literally done just enough to squeak by the majority of their games.  And I hate to point this out, but Georgia has arguably the easiest SEC schedule in the league.  And they're going to run AU off the field?  We've got everyone back healthy and a week to prepare.  Frick em' in da' mouf.

Auburn 24
UGA 20

What has UGA done that Auburn hasn't? What good victory do they have that Auburn doesn't? Who did they blow out that made you say, "Damn, this is a really good team." What star players do they have that scare you?

UGA:

Losses to Boise St. at home and USC at home
Beats UF 24-20.
Other wins. Coastal Carolina, Ole Miss (27-13),Miss. State (24-10) UT (20-12), Vandy (33-28), and New Mexico State. fucking meeeeeeeeeehhhhhhhhh

Auburn:

Losses to #9 clemson, #1 LSU and #10 Arkansas ALL ON THE ROAD
Beats Florida and USC
Other wins. Utah State, Miss. State, Florida Atlantic and Ole Miss. Fucking mehhhh

The two teams look similar to me with UGA losing to USC at home and Auburn beating USC on the road. Plus, Auburn has played FAR SUPERIOR talent...on the road...to get them ready for this game.

Plus, Auburn has had a week off to get Moseley more snaps and get people healthy.

Will Auburn lose? Possibly. A 13.5 dog??? That makes no sense...

Back on some real football discussion as opposed to old men raping little boys.  I see what you did there THS and I feel the reverse karma working.  I felt it move.  As for Luck, I'd personally like to see that even though I picked the Quacks (They're just so fast)  Problem is, Stanford has several players out, including their top receiver.  Oregon (they're just so fast) is finally healthy again and have La-la-la-laMichael James back as well.

I actually think is gonna be Auburns signature win for this season; comeback victory, on the road, against a longtime rival. I have heard from a buddies that Malzahn seems pretty pumped about this game for whatever reason and feeling real good about Moseley. If our D can play like it did against Florida, I think we could see a classic between the hedges tomorrow.

Georgia hasn't beaten a ranked team all year. Their SEC opponents that they've beaten have a combined 4 SEC wins between them. Their best win this year was to a demoralized Florida team. That same Florida who had to play Bama, then LSU, and then Auburn back to back before the dawgs finally got to them. Of the teams with a pulse they have played, Boise and USC, BOTH ended up as losses for the dawgs. Not only that but of common opponents between Auburn and Georgia this year, Auburn has played them better. Auburn beat USC on the road while Georgia lost to them at home. Auburn beat Ole Miss worse than Georgia did. Auburn beat Florida worse than Georgia did. So excuse me if I thumb my nose up at Vegas odds makers putting us as 12+ underdogs.
