February 17th, 2008 - Jeremy Elder: two charges of first degree robbery.
December 7th, 2007 - Thomas Darrah and Jacob Vane: 3rd degree assault.
August 19th, 2007 - Simeon Castille: Disorderly conduct.
July 14th, 2007 - Brandon Fanney, Brandon Deadrick and Roy Upchurch: Misdemeanor.

Former Alabama players:

June 11th, 2008 - Kenny Stabler: DUI (2nd)
March 29th, 2008 - Keith McCants: Loitering, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.


Of note:

February 19th, 2008 - Julio Jones: Testifies at murder trial, witness to capital murder.

I won't count Jason Caffey or any basketball related scandals.

Also, I would like to document as far back as far as the JPW DUI of Oct 17, 2005. I know this includes the May 22 2006 arrest of Juwan Simpson for weed and a gun. There are probably more for the late Shula era. The ones I'm trying to find are the couple from the early Saban era. The ones from January through June of 2007. I remember by the time the Deadrick & Friends show started, there had already been plenty of run-ins with the law by that point.

Well, that's what I know I have covered (or am pretty sure). As I mentioned, I'd like to go as far back as the JPW arrest, and most importantly want to include the arrests from the first half of 2007.

Did I hallucinate the couple of arrests between January and June of 07?

I could have sworn when the Deadrick stuff came out, it was not the first scuffle with the law under Saban's watch. I remember the others being minor, and the Deadrick thing being the first actual big deal. I just remember only a couple months passing after the "Epitome of Discipline" Nick Saban took over that I was able to laugh at a couple discipline problems, albeit minor.

Did I dream those up? I can't find anything on any of them.
