The beak of the statue was broken off sometime in the last week.  Hope it's not Updyke.  Opelika News has a short article about it.

At least it wasn't a link with the story posted on that shitty blog.  Last time I went to it I saw hardcore gay porn in the comment section, along with other nasty comments.
