You can totally get your geek on with this - but lots of good info and I think a pretty fair analysis. Goes on about how many huge holes we have to fill, but also acknowledges that this means next year will be full of TONS of experienced former blue chippers. I myself can get through this year, come what may, knowing that 2012 is gonna rock and 2013 will be even better.
