Lunch today will more than likely be a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad from Newk's.

Two things actually...... Mrs. AUT1 cooks something like what I had Saturday a few times a week and I live on leftovers.  The other? We have a vendor come in to our building everyday at work.  One day it's BBQ, the next Pizza, then Chinese, after that Newks, Jersey Mikes, a couple of Mom-n-Pop places and they rotate their schedule so it's not the same.  Other than that, we make time on Friday's to go out to eat.   My weekends I also make time for a good meal.

Tonight was Grilled Steak and Chicken Taco's.  Refried Beans, Corn/Black Bean cheese dip and too many Lazy Magnolia Southern Pecan's and Blue Moon Honey Wheat's.   Was a good night!

I don't.

But I'm addicted.

And I think I have some kind of gall bladder or intestinal problem.

If I ate pizza rolls for dinner?  I'd be feeling nauseated, and I would be unable to sleep due to incessant farts that smell of old sewage.

So I eat meals like I had tonight:

Salmon cakes and curried brown rice with peas, peanuts, raisins, and toasted almonds.

Rolo's has a damn good 8-hour pot roast on Thursday's.  Just a heads up.

I don't know about lunch yet, but breakfast this morning was homemade chocolate cake with homemade icing with a cup of coffee.  Our secretary has a b-day coming up and another lady made her a cake.  It was delicious.

"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

That settles it, as long as I am stopping there for some Terrapin Rye Ale, I will also be picking up some sugar cookies.
