It's the same hysteria we witnessed from some of those in the AU fanbase when they realized Alabama was actually going to field a football team again. Some people just can't deal with competition. Both teams being pretty good is something that hasn't really happened on a large scale in a long time. It's usually one way or another. There are some who will always work to change it back because it's easier that way. I find it much easier to simply co-exist.

I agree with that. I mean you do have to have some sort significant grounds to take this to court but there are some very smart lawyers out there that could hinder Brooks just enough. We all know what he is implying, what matters though is there enough pissed off parents of these kids to get the ball rolling.
