Why is no one questioning the pathetic excuse for rules enforcement that is the NCAA?
Why can't the NCAA do its due diligence and investigate compliance offices to extent that they catch this shit happening before it gets out of control?
In my opinion, each school should not have its own compliance office. It should be done by a separate party.
Reggie Bush should have been warned or suspended as soon as his parents moved into that condo. It's not that fucking difficult to keep an eye on people like that.
This is the point I was trying to make. I mean, yeah, USC should have the title stripped, but 7 fucking years later? The only organization more wasteful and useless than Immigration Customs Enforcement is the NCAA. And that's saying a lot.
