Ok Walkerswood is hard to find but this is inexpensive and a very good recipe.
The sound on this video isn't good.
The dry measurements are 2 Tbsp ea. and she left out the nutmeg. Naturally, fresh ingredients are best.
There is no substitute for outdoor smoking/grilling. The longer you draw this out the better.
Thyme is a good ting to have.
Smoke some bird and get hoppy mon.
