Yesterday he took a counter-productive cheap shot at Charlie Sheen but someone pointed out how judgemental he came off and he recanted.

Finebaum's followers are pathetic souls who are jealous of other's who have anything more than they do, and spend their lives taking shots at anybody that has more than them, or tearing down successful people on the air. Their greatest desire is to witness other's fail or fall from grace.  Finebaum has pandered to these idiots for so long, he forgets to ditch the schtick at the right time. Sheen, crazy though he is, has no ties here, and owes Alabama nothing...he's was here, and brought green money with him.

True and I think Finebaum's comments about corrupt Bham/Jeffco politics was even out of line. Yes it is worse than bad but saying things like that doesn't lend any comfort to residents in need.

Maybe Sheen can summon all of the celebrity train wrecks for a softball game, film it live, add outtakes and sell it. Now that's a reality show that I would watch.
