Where is Auburn's beatwriter?
« on: April 27, 2011, 10:45:00 AM »
Why are we subjected to shit EVERY SINGLE DAY from Izzy Gould about how great Bama's draft is going to be when Auburn's own beatwriters are utterly silent?

This today:

Quote

Dareus has been projected to be the first player taken at times (by me, Izzy Gould), but so have Auburn's Cam Newton and Nick Fairley (by anyone who knows anything about football). Dareus has seen his stock rise since January and, if Carolina passes, he could easily be the No. 2 pick to the Denver Broncos.

I helped him out a little.

I don't really understand all the jerking off over Marcel.  He never showed shit in my opinion.  He was a half ass for half a year.

I sent an email suggesting he take a break from wiping birdshit off of Saban's statue and try to write a fucking story about the Heisman winner OR the Lombardi trophy winner's  prospects in the draft. Might be some positive things to say somewhere in there.

A national championship is a wonderful thing, but if you're not enough without it, you'll never be enough with it.

Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall said, "Guys don't mind hitting Michael Vick in the open field, but when you see Cam, you have to think about how you're going to tackle him. He's like a big tight end coming at you."
