It doesn't matter. I'll be damn if I could afford a car, went out and got a car, and then worried about how folks perceived me if I got a car.

The fact is: He can't have a car because he can't afford one. And if he DOES get a car, then someone else paid for it...

If he would have been honest, this story would be even more buried than it already is.

To be honest, JLee's produced nothing of substance.  The only truly dirty laundry being aired is confusing statements from BC's camp.  Definitely seems like suicide to me.

I have no hidden commentary with the question I posed.  I'm sitting here, under a big oak tree reading all of this stuff, and I can't figure out why I have green inch worms dropping out of this tree like Christmas ornaments.

The point is, if he were to go out and get a Yugo tomorrow the Prowlers of the AU fanbase would raise holy hell. "SEE!!!!!!! THEY BOUGHT HIM A CAR!!!!!!!!" etc, etc. It would only cause more speculation and problems for him, no matter how legit.

No...if he is even halfway intelligent, he would know this could be disproven by a paper trail from the dealership and the bank showing everything on the up and up and that it is HIS car paid for by him. I'm starting to question this kid's brain from that interview.

I actually agree with you here to a certain extent. JLee knew the whole deal. He knows what all has went down in regards to this story.  BUT, he has only said just "enough" in his articles.

J. Lee has offered up enough to avoid a Scott Moore demise, but just barely, and he started with more cred in the first place.    There's enough media out there saying "what the fuck?" over the lightening fast bammer investigation, and awkward statements by all the parties to let it basically be a stalemate and die quietly.
