I knew who all of those were except one.  Googled him and it turned out to be a Bammer.  I think he is highly overrated even though he apparently invented catching passes and I have never seen him play or seen film of him.

All subjective anyway. I never saw Jim Brown play. Televised sports were limited  but I did see Butkus when he had two bad knees and most of Unitas' best work was behind him.
Hutson played 11 seasons. Retired in 1945. 2 way player, 8 time 1st team All-Pro.
