Michael Moore is literally the world's biggest hypocrite

A friend of mine blogged this response to Fatass's latest opinion on how the world should work.  Ross says it so well, I did not feel the need to add to it...

Michael Moore says your money isn't yours...

It's a "national resource" and it should be taken from you for the common good if you're one of those "evil wealthy" types.

Quoth the largest Socialist in America:

"They're sitting on the money, they're using it for their own -- they're putting it someplace else with no interest in helping you with your life, with that money. We've allowed them to take that. That's not theirs, that's a national resource, that's ours. We all have this -- we all benefit from this or we all suffer as a result of not having it," Michael Moore told Laura Flanders of GRITtv.

"I think we need to go back to taxing these people at the proper rates. They need to -- we need to see these jobs as something we some, that we collectively own as Americans and you can't just steal our jobs and take them someplace else," Moore concluded.

I wonder how Doughboy defines "wealthy". I suspect that like most who advocate confiscation of other people's money, he defines it as anyone who has a dollar more than he does.

I note for the record that Michael Moore has not voluntarily surrendered his wealth to the US Treasury for redistribution to those in need. He hasn't even given it to charity as far as I know. Nope. Lumpy wants your wealth taken away, and mine too, assuming that I become sufficiently wealthy, but he, like most liberals, wants to keep right on enjoying his wealth.

When fat boy Moore sells his California mansion and his luxury cars, donates all of his money to the government or any charity and moves into an apartment in Watts that's near the bus line, then he can talk about other people giving up their wealth. Until then, he needs to just shut his pie hole and go back to making anti-American movies that no one goes to see.

Oh, and I like his idea about how jobs belong to everyone and not to the employers. Every time I drive past an auto plant, I see thousands of union schlubs who can each put a part or two on a car as it passes by. Together, they can usually manage to turn out a car that's second only to those made by the Germans, the Japanese, and practically every other country that makes cars. But without the brains at the top--those "evil wealthy capitalists", there would not be raw materials coming in, or a distribution network to move the cars, and the factory itself would probably never have been built. So who really deserves the credit for the finished product, and for the jobs themselves? It might be fashionable in stupid circles to hate the rich, but I've never seen a poor person offer another person a job.

I believe that you can say whatever you want and believe whatever you want, be it wrong or right, no matter how vile or disgusting, no one can take that from you, but if you are going to say it and believe it, then practice it. 

Moore is a hypocrite of the highest order.  Ranks among those who are members of the church of global warming.  Remember Sheryl Crow, only use one block of toilet paper to wipe with, do all you can to save the environment?  Saying all of this while on her tour bus that sucks up the diesel and blows out mucho exhaust.  Al Gore and his mansion or Sienfield's creators wife as she takes the private jet all around the country.  Remember?

Moore, well I would like to see him take all the wealth he has, which is a great deal, and take X amount of people and redistribute his wealth to $30K per year per person.  Has he gave away his fortune yet?  Nope and he is not going to either.  I also remember him saying that capitalism was evil, but yet it was that evil capitalism that has granted him the wealth, power and platform to spout off.  Hypocritical much?

I don't agree with any of the above mentioned, but if they practiced what they preached I would respect the fact that they believe it and practice, even though I disagree with it.  Until then, I will simply glance over any article about them and give them no credence.  Most of these folks are do as I say not as I do kind of people (sounds a lot like capital hill) and I give nothing more but a few seconds thought about them and their ideals. No respect from me for people that don't live what they preach.

I have several ***friends in the email circle that are pretty big libs. 

***Yes, they are friends and cool guys to hang with, it's just their politics sucks, that is why when we are around we invoke a rule to not talk about it.  Can only talk about it through email and they get royally pissed.

I know what you mean, but I still jab my Leftist friends at virtually every opportunity.  Stupidity must be ridiculed, chastised and culled.  Those who still openly admit to voting for The O'Bama are probably the most fun.

That is why we all email each other.  It's different calling someone a son of a bitch on teh ebay's than it is to their face.  We made that mistake one night and now we have two or three that won't even talk to us anymore.  Their loss though, doesn't keep the rest of us from drinking good burrbinz and eating good bbq.
