Finally saw this last night.

It was actually much better made, and much less disgusting/shocking than I thought.

Both of these things are disappointing.

I've probably seen at least 30 more disturbing movies than this one.

Check out Pink Flamingos, Cannibal Holocaust, A Serbian Film, Ken Park, Short Bus, Caligula, just for a couple off of the top of my head.

He subsequently creates his own twelve-person "human centipede" and gains sexual gratification from the pain, humiliation and suffering of his victims. He is shown to become aroused whenever a member of his centipede defecates, and their faeces are forced into the mouth of the victim behind them. I feel like the director probably realized that every time someone said Human Centipede was shocking, someone would follow it up with "Oh yeah? You seen a Serbian film? I didn't think so," so now he's trying to outdo that film.

Two words in regards to A Serbian Film. Baby rape.
