by the "every 10 seconds" offense that Oregon runs....don't be. Auburn's D is preparing for faster than that. The90 was on another board stating that the 1st string is jumping rope while the 2nd string runs out onto the field, gets set and has the ball snapped...then before the play is blown dead, the 1st string runs out onto the field, 2nd string jumps rope, 1st string gets set then has the ball snapped. This goes on for two 15 minute periods. Basically, a 25 yard sprint, get into stance, tackle the ball carrier, 25 yard sprint, jump rope, 25 yard sprint, get into stance, tackle ball carrier, 25 yard sprint, jump rope, etc. for 30 minutes while the Defensive Coaches are screaming.
