Well, the bad pub continues.  I know all the responses I'm going to get on this one where Paul Finedong is concerned.  I know, I know, I know.... However, Pat Dye....for whatever reason, decided to blow off his segment on PF's show with Stallings.  No notice, no call, no email, no fuck you.  He just didn't show.  As a result, he's given Finebong a brand new target to rip into.

He's calling Dye a coward and everything under the sun.  I'm aware it's not Auburn but it's Auburn's most famous coach, who has just given the biggest tool in the south a reason to go off.  Frieddome does have a point in that Dye has a contract with the sponsors and the show and is paid to do his part. But Dye got pissed last week (And rightfully so) and now Paul Pingpong has an excuse to call the man a baby and a coward.

Hey CORCH....if you're pissed off, show up and light into the bald headed fucker.  Don't no show without reason.

It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Could have anything to do with Dye speaking at the Macon County AU Club last night?

Apparently according to reports, he did us no favors there either...

Quote
Dye speaks up for Newton
By MICHAEL A. LOUGH

Pat Dye’s heart is still strong for the school he coached at for a dozen years, also serving as athletics director.

So the ongoing saga of Auburn quarterback Cam Newton gets him going.

Dye, Monday night’s speaker at the Macon Touchdown Club in its final regular meeting of the season, was adamant about Auburn athletics director Jay Jacobs and head coach Gene Chizik.

“I do know this,” Dye said. “Jay Jacobs and Gene Chizik have unquestioned character and integrity. And if they’re playing him, they don’t know anything either or any reason not to play him.”

Dye then asked if there were any media members in the audience, and there were at least four or five.

“Are you gonna write what I say?” he asked. “If you are, I’m not gonna say it. All you got to say is. ‘I won’t write what you say.’ These people pay their money to come to this club to hear what the guy says, and some of us up here will tell it like it is, but we don’t like to read about it in the paper the next day.”

The Touchdown Club itself charges dues for membership, but the weekly meetings are open to the public.

He then said he would “reserve my right to not say what I was going to tell you, but it was some damn good stuff.”

He then went into the Newton situation, noting the quarterback’s trouble at Florida for allegedly stealing a computer. Then Dye revisited how news came out of Gainesville that Newton had faced expulsion from Florida for a variety of academic improprieties: cheating, putting his name on a paper written by another student and turning in a paper purchased off the Internet.

As was reported immediately, such a leak is a federal offense.

“I am disappointed that (Florida head coach) Urban Meyer didn’t step up and say something on that kid’s behalf, because (Newton) left Atlanta to go to Florida and fulfill his dream as college football player,” Dye said. “He made some bad choices and bad decisions, which young people will do.”

Complicating the entire Newton-Florida relationship is what Newton said in an ESPN.com feature about two weeks before the entire scandal broke regarding allegations that Newton’s father sought compensation from wherever Cam Newton played football.

“If it was up to me, I would still want to be at Florida,” Cam Newton said. “My heart is still at Florida because of the long-lasting relationships I have with my teammates there. Leaving them was the hardest part.

“I feel like Coach Meyer had no decision in me leaving. I wasn’t kicked off the team. I won’t trash his name, and he won’t trash my name.”

Dye said Meyer could “have been a hero” by lauding what Newton has accomplished at Auburn and clarifying Newton’s departure from Florida, but Dye said Meyer has done the opposite.

Meyer, by all accounts, has not publicly trashed Newton and strongly denied any connection to the leak of Newton’s academic issues.

“For anyone to think that I or anyone on our staff may have leaked information about private student records to the media doesn’t know us very well,” Meyer said in a statement released soon after the academic issues were brought to light. “It’s a ridiculous claim and simply not true.”

Later, in an interview with the Gainesville (Fla.) Sun, Meyer said he thought implications that he had something to do with the pay-for-play news and that he had no problems with Newton “were a joke.”

“But we had a great relationship right up until the time he left,” Meyer said in the story. “Cam and I and his family always had a great relationship. I don’t know where this is all coming from. But it didn’t come from me. I know nothing about nothing.”

Before the recent allegations, Newton’s reputation since arriving at Auburn had been sterling, and Dye noted how Newton has been a team leader and involved in the community, including visiting with a group of “problem” children at a local grade school each Monday.

“These kids have to bring a report card (when they talk to Newton),” Dye said. “The principal of the school said it’s been unbelievable the impact that he’s had on them four kids lives. Not only that, the rest of the school, he said the whole school.”

One of the kids brought a report with two bad-conduct grades, and Newton asked the youngster what a proper punishment would be, what was the worst thing that could happen.

“He thought a minute, he said, ‘Not being able to meet with you on Monday morning,’ ” Dye said. “That’s the kind of kid he is.”

Haven't you all heard?

Pat Dye couldn't go on Finebaum because he wouldn't be able to respond to any of Paul's questions regarding the FBI investigating him, Lowder, and McGregor.

It speaks volumes to the recent rumors, and it pretty much confirms that Auburn has been funneling terrorist money to Auburn football players through casinos and dog racing in Shorter, AL.

The North Koreans didn't shell that South Korean island last night. Those artillery shells were actually footballs thrown by Cam Newton.

Yeah the whole "Pat has never no showed in 17 years" angle is total bullshit.

In fact, I think it was just a few years ago that Pat Dye no showed on Paul's show.  I think it eats Paul up because it's one of his bigger segments of the week whether he likes to admit it or not.

They had a big argument about 2 or 3 seasons ago, and Pat didn't appear for several weeks, and Paul had to go beg him to come back, and he pretty much admits it's one of his top 2 or 3 segments, if not THE top.

Also, Dye isn't so much the bumbling idiot people make him out to be.  He might be a silly good ole boy who enjoys talking trash on radio shows, but when it comes to business, he's very meticulous in what he has to say.

Thats was a comment of my own creation. I didn't really know if he drinks, I just figured he did and if he did it will would some fun shit to be able to drink with him. Hell, I don't think I would even have to talk, just listen. I made him out to be Wild Turkey man though. I figured that would be straight down that old timers ally.
