The problem I see in that situation?  Nobody was kicking ass.  Sure, the guy in the wheelchair did his job by holding the guy down, but damn.  If there is ever a chance to kick the living fuck out of someone who needs it AND be labeled a hero for it, that was it.  And three of those pussies lost out on their 15 minutes of glory.
