it gave me quick access to any game I wanted to watch last weekend.....also, i can watch a bunch of other sports, like basketball, baseball, soccer, etc., but I mainly got it to watch college football.  works like a charm for me

Direct TV said that they "somehow" got their paperworked mixed up and the local channels purchased all of the advertisment, DirectTv didn't realize that they (the local channels) weren't showing the game.  I asked him why would the local channels purchase the advertisments but not show the game, he said he didn't know, that he'd never heard of that happening before....interesting.

Friend in N AL had the same issue. This is the one of the few times that Brighthouse made me happy after listening to everyones TV issues.
