That was a great play they ran off the option bubble...suck that DB up, and throw under the corner. That was beautiful, but Malzahn often wants it all in one play.

The previous play worked great. The home run, not so well.
It's early. Lots of jockeying to be done yet.
MSU's run defense looks badass so far. Need to keep them honest with the quick routes and make then back off the line a bit.
Not bad strategy so far on Auburn's part. Got to do some exploration before you do the exploitation.

10 yd crossing pass will work. This time for 6. That's the way to hit then until they back off. Then use the running back U method. Yall ain't gonna just smashmouth this team straight up. Maybe no one does this year.
As much as I like yall's offense, I'm impressed with MSU's defense. Against the run, mostly.
