These people are scary, like seriously frightening.  They are dead inside - even seeing their mug shots and stuff on TV makes me scared.  Their eyes are just dead.  They have no compassion, no humanity, nothing.  People in the barrio are truly - and legitimately - afraid of them.  The only way to root them out would be to systematically kill them all.  Not that I am against that idea - my fear would be that you would miss one.

Unless you get one by himself....then he is a giant pussy who can't speak English.  With that said, there is an FBI warning about them because they are taking down rival gang members by stabbing them in the neck with syringes full of potassium cyanide.

Personally, I'm much more concerned with the 40-60 year old white male who can't feed his family because he has no job and is sick of the government and taxes.

I could see our disciplinarian coming up with this, but it's a stretch.  Honestly?  I think because our demographics are changing (for the worst if you want to be labeled racist), the higher ups wanted to educate the teachers about this kind of behavior.
