New Forum Look

First off...yes yes, I know you don't like the new look.  I will modify it, some of y'all are some hard to please motherfuckers. 

Also some of you I don't think are seeing the forum correctly, please make sure you clear your history and refresh a couple of times, as this was a major redesign.

We switched to the new simple machines forum, which means the old theme no longer worked.  I made the switch to get the shoutbox back, for some reason, either due to hosting or the complete mess of our database (see years of mods and .net > .com switch, hosting change) I could not get the old shoutbox back on the site. 

So I did a clean install upgraded the database, and went to the new forum software.
