This one does.  But the degree of responsibility varies with the amount of reciprocity involved.  If my world has been rocked, or if I am 99% sure that barring a catastrophe, it will be rocked in the near future, I want nothing more than to return the favor.  And considering that men generally want it more frequently than women do, if the ratio of rocking to being rocked is a decent one, then yeah, bring it.

But if a guy comes home from work, ignores me, watches Star Trek for four consecutive hours, and then waits until I am settled into bed with a good book to start acknowledging my presence and rubbing his wood all over me, then the answer would be a resounding NO.  (For reference, see "Husband, Ex-, 1999, The Dampening Effect of A Star Trek Marathon on Marital Intimacy and Willing Conjugation, pp 34-78)
